CROP Walk
What is CROP Walk?
CROP
(Communities Reaching Out to People) Walk is an annual event
that Chapel Hill has participated in for many years.
Walkers are encouraged to solicit donations and sponsors for
their walk. Donations benefit the North Texas Food Bank,
Catholic Charities, Jewish Family Service, The Stewpot and
Helping Hands Gleaning Ministry. They feed and assist
countless people in our area. This is such a fun way to get
out for a little fresh air and sunshine for a good cause.

When is CROP Walk?
This year the walk will be on Sunday, April 6th and begin at
1:30PM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (3826 Gilbert
Avenue in Oak Lawn). Walkers are to meet at Chapel
Hill at 1:00 PM so we can carpool to Oak Lawn.
What if I'm Busy and Can't
Walk?
Those who can’t do the CROP Walk, can make a
pledge to someone who is walking and participate in the
communion offering for CROP Walk.
