See you in the Labyrinth at 9:00am on Saturday to pull weeds and generally maintain our beautiful prayer labyrinth. We need all hands on deck!

The UMM (United Methodist Men) will hold monthly meetings every second Sunday after church in the Fellowship hall. Also, every 5th Sunday we will be serving a pancake breakfast before the combined Sunday school/guest speaker event.

Chapel Hill UMC has invited the Dallas Emmaus Community to speak to us about their programs for Adults, Youth, and Children. David Taylor, District President will be our guest speaker Sunday. I know you will be inspired by what he will tell you about Emmaus.

Come and have a Pancake Breakfast and listen to an Emmaus Community speaker who is one of Christ's disciples and "a servant of all" tell us about this wonderful Emmaus program.

Walk to Emmaus is a spiritual renewal program intended to strengthen the local church through the development of Christian disciples and leaders. The program's approach seriously considers the model of Christ's servant hood and encourages Christ's disciples to act in ways appropriate to being "a servant of all."

You will want to come and have pancakes cooked by the United Methodist Men and learn about how you can become a Walk to Emmaus pilgrim if you are not currently a member. Or perhaps you are a current Emmaus member and you want to sponsor someone at Chapel Hill UMC to join an Emmaus community.
