Fill out a registration form and submit your $20 fee per child for the entire summer! To register, call the church office.

Registration
If your family meets the low-income guidelines and your children would like to participate in this wonderful summer program, registration dates are April 29 and May 6, 2015, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. here at Chapel Hill UMC. We will also post the application on our website closer to those dates.
The Project Transformation summer program will begin June 10 and continue to July 30, 2015. It will meet Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
