Children’s Council Meeting
Please remember to stay after worship for Children’s Council this Sunday 9/14.
Project Transformation begins on September 10th.
There are volunteer opportunities. Please contact Allison for detailed information about being an after school reading volunteer. We may also need someone to walk the kids from Cabell to Chapel Hill, you would get to take a short afternoon walk with a bunch of great kids.
The Children’s Calendar has been updated and has replaced the old one on the children’s bulletin board.
Children’s Sermons
Would you like to learn about giving a children’s sermon or have a chance to sign up? Just e-mail Dawn and you will be put on the contact list.
Annual Parent Packet
The annual Sunday School parent packets are now available. Please get yours from Dawn on September 14th, before or after Sunday School.
Bible Sunday 9/21
I am planning for Bible Sunday. Please contact me if you have a 3rd -5th grader that has not received a Bible from us. The children will meet for a special Sunday School class and receive their Bibles during worship.
The new nursery is now in use. If you were not able to get into the nursery last Sunday during the Blessing then please stop by anytime to take a peek. It is beautiful. Thank you again and again to all of the incredible helpers.
The old nursery is still in shambles, if you would like to help with that please contact Trustees.
