The teachers and staff at Cabell Elementary look forward each Spring to the luncheon that Chapel Hill United Methodist provides.
This is a great time to serve those who give of themselves daily to God’s children. A lovely luncheon, instead of cafeteria or a sack lunch is a great way to show our appreciation!
What we need is:
- Salads and Desserts
Call or email Judy Bader to let her know what you will be bringing; jkbader@hotmail.com, 214-358-0530 Bring your salads/desserts to the church kitchen by 8:45 Monday morning on May 7.
You can also bring them on Sunday morning or Sunday afternoon at 4:00 when our Youth arrive for UMYF.
People to Set-up and/or Serve:
Email or call Iris Shivar at hope75234@yahoo.com, 214-597-5326 or 972-243-8303 and let her know when you can come on Monday. We will need to be at Cabell Elementary before 8:30 to set-up.
The first lunch begins at 10:30. The last lunch is over at 1:30 and we will need people for clean-up.
