The Metrocrest Social Services program, Sack Summer Hunger is about to begin! If you like real hands-on, local ministry, this is for you.
The program this year will feed over 1,300 children (double from last year), so there is a real need for lots of help.
All Saturdays from June 15, 2013 through August 10, 2013 are open, and I will be working in the warehouse preparing sacks on July 7, 2013.
Please sign up and join me from 7:15 AM to 10:00 AM. There will be a sign up sheet and map available on tabe table in the narthex. If you can’t come on July 7, let me or Kandy Burdette (972-418-7711) know which Saturday you’re available.
