The doctors and the Essilor staff stayed very busy as they took care of students during the Cabell Elementary Vision Clinic on Friday, February 14, 2014. It was a great Valentine’s Day for students who had their vision checked, received new glasses after the visit with the eye doctor, and those who will be receiving new glasses soon. Students from Gooch Elementary and Reilly Elementary also were seen at the Vision Clinic.
Nine of our family at Chapel Hill UMC had fun Friday, as they interacted with children, Kindergarten through Fifth Grade, escorting them to and from the Vision Clinic.

God, our Heavenly Father, took care of the weather (The Vision Clinic was held in the Essilor bus in the school parking area.) and touched the heart of those who volunteered.
