It’s that time again; not only prime time but Project Transformation time!
We have the largest crowd in PT history with 125 kids enrolled. They are elementary through youth ages and many would be “on the streets’ this summer if not for PT. We need the following from you:
- Your prayers. This many kids is always a challenge and we have overlapping with VBS and GISD for a few weeks. Pray for the kids, teachers and interns.
- Your patience. We are busy trying to make room for all these events and give each group the storage and classroom space needed. So, be patient and know we are doing the best we can and it only lasts for 2 months!
- Your support! PT has planned a couple of Family Fun Nights and the church family is invited. Come and meet the parents of the PT kids. What a golden opportunity for evangelism and a chance for one on one fellowship with future members. Stay tuned for times and dates.
- We always need reading mentors and although other area churches participate we never have enough. So consider volunteering for this worthwhile outreach program. In addition to a well-rounded curriculum, lunch is also provided.
Imagine how God must be smiling as He looks down on all this activity. God gives us our children; what we do with them is our gift back to Him. Praise God from whom all blessings flow!
