This Sunday we will be finishing our sermon series, Lessons from The Circle Maker. This series has pushed us to take our prayers and grow them bigger. Prayer has always been integral to our lives as Christians and our life as the Church. Together, we are called to Dream Big, Pray Hard, and Think Long about our prayers to God. During this series, we have been doing that together as the church.
We started this series by learning about the Legend of the Circle Maker, Honi, and have journeyed to understand that we must have big dreams in order for God to fulfill those “impossible” prayers that each of us have. This final Sunday, we will begin to Think Long about our prayers, and how we should never give them up, even if it seems like there is no hope left. God has been and always is our hope for new life and for accomplishing our impossibly, large dreams.
Let us continue to pray circles around our lives and our community as the church, even after this sermon series is finished.
