Our 2018 Project Transformation Summer Program is now accepting applications. This program is for children who are going into 1st grade through High School and starts June 6th. We hope that you join us for this fun-filled and wonderful program. Please fill out the forms below and turn it into the office before May 16th with $20. You will find that there are three types of forms below, Information, Consent & Waivers, and the Registration forms for our Elementary & Youth and LITE programming. Please fill out the correct forms for your students aware that our LITE programming is for high school students.
