Many thanks to the guardian angels who entered our lives this past week in an unexpected and mysterious way. One of the PT Volunteers from another church noticed our air conditioning issues during the PT program in June & July. We explained we were int he process of installing a new system and apologized for the inconvenience. This week we received a nice check to help with the cost of the system!
But wait there’s more! We have a young lady, Kelli, who has been visiting our church for several months. She is the coach of a women’s volleyball team (pictured above) at the University of Dallas and the team was interested in doing a community service project. So, this past Monday we met them and they weeded the prayer garden + surrounding flower beds and washed the windows in the courtyard area. These projects are on a list for our church work days but we can never seem to get to them. So, next time you see Kelli thank her and the 22 young woman for all their time and energy on our behalf!
