The night of Sunday, October 20th was a harrowing night for many in the Dallas area. Tornadoes ripped through the metroplex causing tremendous damage. The tornado that passed just a few miles south of CHUMC hit the Preston Hollow area the hardest, during homes, businesses, schools, and churches. Walnut Hill UMC and Christ’s Foundry UMC were among the churches hit.
