My name is Emily Hardwick. I am so happy to be here at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church! I have been in the DFW area for about 6  years after moving away from Corpus Christi, Texas and currently serve as a House Steward for a new monastic community in Plano. I am a recent graduate from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in History. There, I helped to start the Wesley Foundation and became its first Intern.

I have a passion for books and learning anything that I can, so you may find me reading something on my lunch break. Not only to I love to learn, I am also adventurous. I try to do new things when I can and will sometimes find myself in new places.

I am so happy that I have been able to come aboard here at CHUMC and hope to continue to help create a warm and welcoming place here at Chapel Hill. Hopefully, I will see you in my office soon!
