Once again the United Methodist Women are having their annual fundraiser with a salad luncheon in Fellowship Hall on Saturday, April 21st at 11:00 am.
This year will be different since we will be having an inter-generational modeling show sponsored by Dillard’s. UMW members will be joined by mothers and children to show off the latest fashions. The theme is children’s literature with table sponsors selecting a child’s book and decorating the table accordingly. We are excited about the possibilities of the various creations by the creative minds of our church members. They have always done a fabulous job in the past and we expect no less this year.
So make your plans to buy your tickets starting this Sunday. Prices are: Adults – $10.00 and children – $5:00. Invite your friends and family. This is always a fun time so let us know who and how many will be sitting at your table and joining in the festivities. What better way to be disciples for Christ than uniting in an exciting event to benefit others.
