Accomodations and Meals Cost: $82.00*
* Three meals provided by Prothro Center on Saturday
Sandwiches and evening snacks provided by CHUMC for evening meal Friday between 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Snacks provided by CHUMC during the 2013 Women’s Retreat.
For those attendees who are working women, feel free to arrive at the Prothro Center on Friday, May 17, 2012, any time during the afternoon, preferably by 5:00 PM.
Those of us who don’t work, plan to arrive early afternoon, following lunch. We will “get settled in” and do some outdoor exploring plus other activities until everyone arrives… hopefully before 5:00 PM.
We will have about 4 hours of scheduled Retreat Time activities on Friday following dinner which will prepare us for activities the next day.
And beginning around 7:00 AM on Saturday, we will have breakfast and continue with the CHUMC Women’s Retreat.
We will be finished with our activities, have dinner, and depart for home before dark Saturday, so we will be able to be in church Sunday morning.
