COMING SOON – CALENDAR THESE EVENTS
Christmas festivity activities are fast approaching. In fact, it’s hard to believe that I am writing an article about Christmas before our Thanksgiving Feast at church. But here are some very important dates:
- Friday, December 6, 2013 – Chapel Hill has a great opportunity to once again sing Christmas Carols at the Farmers Branch Recreation Center from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. It is a wonderful evening with some of the crowd singing with us as we stroll. Yes, there are cookies and punch as well as many activities. And of course we are inside with the comfort of a controlled environment. Anyone can join to experience an old fashioned Christmas.
- Saturday, December 14, 2013 – Children’s Christmas Workshop is always a wonderful opportunity for our children and friends to make Christmas gifts for their chosen loved one.
- Friday, December 20, 2013 – The annual Farmers Branch Christmas Tour of lights has given us a great day to once again share our voices in song for all those driving through the park. Anyone can join us.
