“Inviting Others” to worship with us at Chapel Hill UMC on Sunday, August 17, 2014
This Sunday, our Vacation Bible School (VBS) children will sing the Opening Song in worship with what they are learning in this week’s VBS, “Workshop of Wonders.”
Children and their leaders are learning, some remembering, how we can imagine wonderful things happening with God; how we can grow with God; how we can work with God; and how we can walk with God.
The Evangelism Team at Chapel Hill hopes that you invite others to come to worship with us and be in fellowship over the Potluck Luncheon on Sunday, August 17, 2014.
Inviting others can happen when we’re at the library, at the grocery stores, at McDonald’s, at the park, at work or at school. Inviting also can happen when we share with our family, friends, and neighbors where we are on Sunday mornings and ask them, especially on the Third Sunday, to come enjoy our Potluck Lunch.
