Parents and youth,
A few things to remember. First, on Aug. 17, we are having our youth pool party at Steve & Janet Thomas’ house beginning at 6:00 pm, and will end around 9:00 pm.
Dinner will be provided, so come ready to eat, swim, and enjoy the last remaining bit of summer before we head off back to school. Secondly, also on the 17th, UMYF will be moved back to Sunday evenings, beginning at 5:00 and ending around 7:00. Please note that the 5:00 start time will start the following week, the 24th, as our pool party on the 17th is at 6:00.
Finally, parents and adults, do you feel led to offer dinner to our wonderful youth on a Sunday evening? Beginning the 24th, we will need volunteers to offer dinner throughout the fall. If you feel led, or have thought about it, please do not hesitate to sign up. Be on the lookout in the coming weeks for a signup sheet. For all those who signed up, and volunteered to offer dinner this summer for the youth, a big thank you. It is greatly appreciated.
