Our feet, our bodies, and our minds are ready to start the New Year with our first prayer walk on Monday, January 13, 2014. We will meet once again at the prayer Labyrinth near the community garden at 9:00 a.m.
We will begin with a short devotion, prayer concerns, and a prayer before we begin our journey. Concerns? Too cold? We can have our beginning inside. Can’t walk very far? Choose your own distance or join us just for the beginning prayer. Not a good day? We will be determining the best time and dates for future walks.
Other concerns? Call Melanie Willhite or Margaret Young so we can address any obstacles to having a group of prayer warriors being visible outside the church. If the weather is just too bad, we will meet in the church and make our plans for future times.
This is a great way to start the New Year so don’t forget to join us on Monday, January 13, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. Bring a friend!
