It’s time to come and enjoy our UMW LUNCHEON this Saturday, May 10, 2014, at 11:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. The price is a real bargain at $15. Those of you who have attended before know what a delightful time we have as we raise money for our missions. This year will be no exception. The title of our program is “MOM AND ME.”
Our new director of education at the Farmers Branch Historic Park will be our facilitator as we share stories of our mothers as well as famous mothers in history. We encourage you to bring photos of you and your mother or a significant woman in your life to share. We will have some time to admire the tables that have been decorated, with labors of love, according to our theme, and hear some stories of famous mothers.
You may call Jan Wooldridge or Margaret Young to get your reservations which is the preferred method so we can make appropriate seating arrangements. Tickets will also be available at the door.
