How you can help:
- Sign up as a volunteer on the church website – www.chapelhillumc.org
Start collecting these items at home and bring them to the church donation area on July 13th and 20th:
- 2 liter bottles
- Paper towel and toilet paper rolls
- Plastic drink bottle and jar lids
- Yarn (all colors)
- Poster board (all colors)
- Seedlings and supplies for terrariums
- Hula hoops
- Gears and washers
- Shoe laces (Dollar Tree)
- Alka-Seltzer
- Funnel
- Sand
- Baking soda
- Vinegar
- Measuring cups
- Plastic tub
- Glue
- Borax
- Glow paint
- Plastic bowl
- Lemon juice
- Disposable cups
- coffee stirrers
- (4) 8 oz. diet cola
- Mentos (mint flavor)
- Baking pans
- String
- Spools
- Bucket
- Rulers
- 12 oz bottles with lids
- Oil
- 4-color pack of liquid food coloring
That is a long list, but you only need to get 1 or 2 things. If you have purchased all of an item, then you may mark it off on the children’s bulletin board or e-mail me and I will take it off of the list.
