Nine of us headed down to the Meyerson for the Empty Bowls on Friday March, 9th to support the North Texas Food Bank. We had a wonderful time, picked out some lovely bowls and enjoyed the delicious soups and goodies from some of the finest restaurants in the area.
We enjoyed the DART ride as well – it was as easy as pie! We stopped 2 blocks away from the Meyerson and were the first soup goers in line! What a feat! We are already planning and looking forward to next year’s event! Way to support our local charities, Chapel Hill!
