This Sunday May 15 is Pentecost Sunday. It’s also the Sunday we celebrate the confirmation of the 6th grader youth, a major milestone in the life of faith. For several months now, our confirmands have been attending classes to get them ready to personally respond to Jesus’ call to live as a disciple.
This year confirmands are Aubrey Young, Neela Metzger, Sarah Bandy, and Leslie Ochoa.
We hope to see all of you at worship on Sunday to celebrate with them and their families as these young disciples have chosen to profess their faith and are confirmed into the Christian faith and the United Methodist Church.
