Last Sunday we took time during the service to bless the dresses for the children in Haiti and the prayer blankets for our members. Thank you needs to be said to everyone who helped either with the dresses or the blankets. In particular, we need to recognize the huge help we got from Donna Hoisington’s sewing group, the Pin Pals, who sewed numerous dresses for us. Thank you not just to our wonderful sewers, but also to those who washed fabric, cut out fabric, ironed for the sewers, cut the blankets and tied the blankets. It was a fun project that will touch many lives and spread the message of God’s love. Let’s do some more next year!
