There are so many members who take up the slack doing little things around the church. The work just mysteriously gets done and you never know how or who. So please thank these angels when you see them.
- Thanks to Faye Chapman who takes her morning walks and picks up trash along the way, always carrying an extra bag for this chore.
- Thanks to the kids for planting flowers in the parking lot flower beds and to Larry rains for planting left over Easter flowers, trimming bushes, and cleaning out weeds.
- Thanks to Jim, Larry, Charlie, Tom, Wesley and Charles for dumpster diving and saving the area rug that got thrown away by mistake.
- Thanks to Todd, Daniel, Sammy, Joel, Lee and Jim for picking up the new piano for the choir room. Lots of manpower needed for that job!
- Thanks to Mel for absorbing interim leadership of the kids. She needs your help and prayers as this is an awesome task.
We have so many that do so much and our church is grateful for all the extra, and for all the extra, and often last minute, things that come up, and the servant leadership that kicks in to get it done. To God be the glory. It truly takes a village.
