January 6, 2015: Updated Event Request Form for immediate use

When you or your committee needs to schedule an event, we ask that you please complete the new Event Request Form. The form gives us a more efficient way to keep track of calendar events.

If you cannot access the form online, send me an email or stop by my office and pick one up.
