Calling all the ladies of Chapel Hill United Methodist Church! The United Methodist Women are having their annual spring salad luncheon in Fellowship Hall on Saturday, May 2, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. Although the UMW is sponsoring this luncheon, we are hoping all the ladies (and men) will take part as we celebrate the spring season in a festive way. This year, Honey of a Deal, located in the Carrollton Square, will outfit our models with the latest styles and fashions for 2015. We have had them present style shows for us before and were very pleased with their selection of clothes.
The money we raise will used be to fund various missions, such as Chapel Hill Youth, Metrocrest Medical Clinic, Blanton Gardens, our Pastor’s fund, Wesley-Rankin, and other local charities. In addition, we support World Missions through the Metro District whose project this year is “Serving Women in Africa through Project Patricia.”
We invite you to come, bring friends and family, laugh a lot, and have great conversations while enjoying Chapel Hill’s culinary treats and the latest fashions.
Tickets are $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for children and are on sale in the Narthex. Get them early so you can fill up your table of eight with your special guests.
