Last Sunday, June 7, we attended the opening worship service of the 2015 North Texas Annual Conference. During the service, we witnessed a performance during the Prelude, by the Korean Children’s Choir from Wesley Korean UMC. We were led in song by a mass choir representing churches within our conference, we heard a phenomenal sermon by Bishop Janice Huie of the Texas Annual Conference, where she helped set the tone for the rest of our time together by Igniting our minds, spirits, and soul.

We have an upcoming event planned at Applebee’s on July 12. We will be working with the Outreach Committee to earn funds for our youth. More information to come.
We have a fun summer planned with Project Transformation! Starting June 10 at 9:00 a.m., day trips to area attractions, and fellowship opportunities with local youth groups. Stay tuned for all the fun activities planned throughout the summer.
